Candidate Experience Specialist (m/f/d)

For our partner based in Berlin, we are looking for an employee in the area of Candidate Experience Specialist as soon as possible. The company is one of the leading online retailers for fashion, headquartered in Berlin. They sell clothing, footwear, accessories, and cosmetics products to over 50 million active customers throughout Europe.

• You are the contact person for candidates in the interview process and in onboarding
• Coordination of appointments for applicants and colleagues
• You're supporting the Recruiting team with organizational and administrative tasks
• Responsible for an excellent candidate experience at all times
• Contributing to internal personnel events and external recruiting events

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Desire for an organizational and communicative job(entry) in HR / Recruiting of a dynamic trading company
• Experience in project or applicant management or customer service is an advantage
• You have good German and business fluent English skills are essential, other languages are an advantage
• Experienced handling of the common MS Office applications
