Deine Aufgaben

The primary responsibility of the Trade Marketing Specialist is to work on the development of the brand growth in retail and to ensure the brand’s physical and digital

presentation is optimised and executed with our retail partners. Responsibilities include working with the EMEA Marketing team and Regional Account Managers, but also with the global Go to Market Team to develop and execute marketing programs through a retailer’s network. Part of the role will be aligning both the customer and brand requirements to achieve the overall business vision and objectives. Other key tasks include campaign analysis, presentation of key findings and recommendations how to improve performance.

Principal Accountabilities:


  • Coordinate Trade Marketing requirements and information flows with all departments involved
  • Work closely with Regional Sales and support in the development retail trade marketing plans
  • Monitor and ensure the availability of the promotional items
  • Assist the global team with any translation requirements
  • Day to day support for DACH/Benelux Sales team
  • Create Brand pages and Digital Marketing campaigns in alignment with the regional and global teams within brand guidelines
  • Support with product set-ups, fact sheets and content optimisation
  • Prepare regular reports/updates and share with the wider team
  • Work with premium content providers to optimise best digital content to retailers

Dein Profil

  • 2-3 years in a Trade Marketing role and experience of digital
  • Fluent in German and English (Dutch a plus)
  • Strong digital, analytical and project management skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • A can do mindset and strong communication skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Basic adobe creative suite knowledge
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Passion for food and drink
