We are looking for an Service Desk Analyst for our partner at the Krefeld site. Over the past 80 years, the company has developed into a global cult brand that supplies kitchen products to over 70 countries around the globe.

Deine Aufgaben

  • You will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer inquiries and system generated alerts, internal project tasks and quality control activities
  • You will support asset management services throughout the lifecycle of a device by tracking and recording device movements and performing regular audits
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with standard operating environment policies to ensure standardization of the desktop environment and minimization of data loss risk, as well as compliance with licensing requirements
  • You will also be responsible for creating and documenting processes and procedures related to the service desk and service delivery

Dein Profil

  • You have successfully completed your college degree in a relevant discipline or have at least 5 years of service desk and/or desktop support experience
  • You bring troubleshooting experience with Windows, O365, and Active Directory to the table
  • You have an understanding of device hardware and peripherals as well as Microsoft operating systems
  • A positive, results-oriented and customer-focused attitude will round out your profile
