Business Analyst (m/f/d)

For our partner based in Berlin, we are looking for a Business Analyst. The company is one of the leading online retailers for fashion, headquartered in Berlin. They sell clothing, footwear, accessories, and cosmetics products to over 50 million active customers throughout Europe.

• You will be responsible for analyzing the performance of the third party logistics companies (3PLs) and reporting transports (Sea, Air, Road, Rail) to the Inbound Distribution Centers and the Fulfillment Network
• You will work on the KPI's (transport costs, pick up times, departure times, arrival times and planned schedules and/or deviations reporting etc.) together with internal and external stakeholders
• You will analyse data, spot weaknesses and address issues based on facts
• You will on a monthly basis run KPI review meetings and participate in seasonal logistics reviews
• You will be responsible to provide transparency within Zalando about transport flows

• You are proud of your university degree in Business Administration, OR a completed apprenticeship in a logistics profession with first work experience in a commercial business
• You derive and deploy the right actions in a high-volume, fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Therefore, you combine excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise
• You are proficient in Excel, Power BI or equivalent e.g., tableau
• You are fluent in English - German is nice to have
• You work focused and accurately, reacting fast and flexible to daily challenges
• You are proactive and friendly in both internal and external ways of communication
