Packaging Development Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Packaging Development Specialist as soon as possible for our partner located in Berlin. The company is one of the leading online retailers for fashion, headquartered in Berlin. They sell products in the areas of clothing, shoes, accessories, and cosmetics to over 50 million active customers throughout Europe.

• You will be responsible for organizing and structuring documentation and preparing presentations and reports
• Conducting competitive analysis, including test purchases, and documenting the results will be a key part of your role to support informed decision-making
• Research on sustainability topics and packaging requirements for portfolio redesigns will also fall under your duties
• Coordinating meetings and regularly communicating with stakeholders ensures smooth project progress
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially Marketing and Supply Chain, will be essential, as well as handling administrative tasks like scheduling and correspondence
• Managing packaging projects, from defining artwork to coordinating with suppliers on timelines and costs, will be a major focus
• You will oversee projects that involve multiple SKUs, suppliers, and markets across different countries
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget through close collaboration with Marketing and suppliers will be your responsibility
• Strong skills in design and packaging, combined with project management expertise, will be critical for success in this role.
• From concept to delivery, you will take full ownership of coordinating the entire portfolio redesign process.

• You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in administrative tasks, documentation creation, and presentation building
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively
• Hands-on-mentality and a structured way of working counting as your strongest behaviors
• Furthermore you have excellent communication skills and business fluent English skills
