Test Manager (m/w/d)

Our partner is a global leader in the gaming and entertainment industry, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. For this dynamic environment, we are seeking a dedicated Test Manager on a project basis to elevate the quality of upcoming software highlights to the next level. Your Responsibilities
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting your testing team, as well as efficiently assigning and distributing tasks
  • Monitoring overall testing progress within software quality assurance, proactively removing roadblocks and coordinating all relevant dependencies
  • Identifying risks early on regarding project schedules, quality, and compliance, and defining effective countermeasures
  • Maintaining clear and transparent communication with developers, product owners, project managers and senior management as part of your daily routine
  • Managing defect lifecycles by tracking, prioritizing and escalating bugs to support data-driven release decisions
  • Preparing data-driven reports on test coverage, defect trends and execution rates, tailoring them perfectly to specific target audiences
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to optimize testing processes to sustainably increase efficiency and team collaboration
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of proven professional experience in software quality assurance (QA)
  • A deep understanding of testing levels, test design techniques, and quality standards, ideally backed by an ISTQB certification
  • Fluent English skills (B2 to C2 level), enabling you to write precise bug reports and communicate confidently in an international environment
  • Highly proficient in MS 365, with a strong command of complex tasks in MS Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills that allow you to make pragmatic decisions under pressure and successfully balance quality with tight delivery deadlines
  • A profound personal passion for gaming rounds off your profile perfectly
