As a Courier Coordinator, you are the operational heart of our business! You’ll be the direct point of contact and leader for the team, ensuring our daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What Your Role Looks Like:

In short, you ensure that our couriers can do a great job and that our customers get their orders on time:

• Team Leadership & Motivation: Serve as the direct supervisor, coach, and first point of contact. You keep the team motivated and supported throughout their shifts.
• Real-Time Operational Control: Monitor live fleet performance, workload, weather conditions, and potential delays. You step in immediately to solve real-time issues and keep operations running seamlessly.
• Hub & Equipment Management: Oversee our local hub, manage shift handovers, handle equipment (inventory, dispatch, repairs), and strictly enforce health and safety standards on-site.
• Planning & Optimization: Work closely with the City Operations Manager by providing key input for shift planning, helping improve processes, and writing brief post-shift reports to drive continuous team success.

What You Need to Bring:

• Language Skills: Basic German (B1 level) and good English skills.
• Key Skills: Reliable, proactive, highly organized, and strong communication skills. You are a natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
• Availability: Flexible to work 20 hours/week
• Location: Based in or near Dortmund with the ability to work on-site at the hub.
