Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our partner company in Berlin as soon as possible on a full-time basis. Our partner is one of Europe’s leading online fashion retailers, headquartered in Berlin, serving more than 50 million active customers across the continent. Their product range includes clothing, shoes, accessories, and cosmetics.
This position is initially offered on a fixed-term contract until the end of the year, with the possibility of an extension.

Deine Aufgaben

• You are responsible for planning and coordinating the entire supply chain, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• You organize and execute daily orders for suppliers and warehouses, making sure packaging materials are available across multiple European countries
• You manage the selection and ordering of inventory items, keeping stock levels optimized and supplies timely
• You collaborate with key stakeholders from Logistics, Merchandising, and Assortment to align priorities and actions
• You support the Assortment team by helping create curated campaigns that enhance the customer experience
• You monitor, report, and resolve issues with automatic order processing, and create manual orders as needed to maintain seamless operations

Dein Profil

• You have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Ideally you already have first work experiences within category management, supply chain or buying
• Very good stakeholder management and inventory management skills combined with strong problem-solver and analytical competences characterize you
• Analytical and economic thinking skills are among your strengths and you already have knowledge of Excel and experience in ERP (SAP)
• You have interest in a mix of routine tasks, ad-hoc & long-term tasks with a huge room to share and come up with your own ideas
• Hands-on-mentality and a structured way of working counting as your strongest behaviors
• Furthermore you have excellent communication skills and business fluent English skills
