- Inbound telephony for a German bank - important: exclusively in English
- Independent clarification of customer enquiries
- Maintaining and updating the customer database
- Operation of customer-specific IT systems
- Previous experience in customer service would be desirable
- Good Germand and very good English skills
- High service and customer orientation
- Very good communication skills
- An attractive hourly wage of 14,85€
- Regulated working hours from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00
- The position is available both full-time and part-time
- A fully paid 5-week full-time training course for the perfect start
- Good transport connections and accessibility by public transport
