At jobvalley, we prioritise fair and appropriate pay, good working conditions and competent support from our employees when filling student trainee positions, permanent positions and part-time jobs. That is our vision!

To ensure, that everything goes smoothly with the payout and that you receive your money on time, it is necessary that you upload all the data and documents required for payroll accounting in the jobvalley app. This includes your health insurance, tax data and number as well as social security and your bank details.
We will always pay your wages for the previous month on the 15th calendar day of the following month. If this falls on a Sunday or public holiday, you will receive your salary on the last preceding working day. We can only start recording hours and calculating wages from the 1st of the month. Please make sure that your data and entered times are complete at this time so that there are no difficulties with payroll accounting.
You can also view your salary documents via the jobvalley app; these will be made available to you for the previous month by the 18th of the month at the latest.

You can easily enter the hours you have worked in the jobvalley app. They are displayed there as open working hours and you only need to confirm them or enter different times if you have worked longer.
It's best to do this directly on the day you worked – that way, nothing is forgotten. Otherwise, there are two relevant deadlines for entering the times:

• Monday; 09:00 a.m. of the following week: The complete working hours of the previous week must be entered at this time.

• The last calendar day of the month: Even if this day is within a current calendar week, you must enter the hours worked in the corresponding week.

The advantage of entering directly after the shift or on the same day is, that you will not miss any of the above deadlines and there will be no confusion about your pay.
