The journey to jobvalley

2008 was a tough year to find a student job. Students Benjamin Roos and Andreas Wels decided enough was enough and launched jobvalley, the student recruitment agency. This start-up flourished into our present-day company headquartered in MediaPark Cologne with 6 hub-locations throughout Germany.

We've had a digital mindset from the word go as demonstrated by our inhouse development. This has allowed us to grow into a HR tech company with an innovative app and client portal.

Keeping things fresh

13 years – we’ve certainly been around a while, but that doesn’t mean we've lost our touch. We're a corporate teen in every sense. Enthusiastic and quick to learn with a targeted approach to projects – always working collaboratively as part of a strong team.

In a highly regulated market, we’re creative and wild enough to always find trailblazing new solutions and ideas. We’ve adventurous and love change.
