The more details you include in your CV and the more your cover letter is tailored to the job in question, the quicker we will be able to respond. That being said, the time it takes to receive a response largely depends on the job and its requirements. For jobs that need to be covered right away, we may get back to you within an hour, whereas it can take up to a week to collect and review all of the application documents for permanent roles. Please allow us at least 3 days to respond to your application before sending a follow-up email.

In order to make sure you are paid on time and the money arrives in your account when scheduled, you first need to upload all required information and documents in the jobvalleyApp. This includes information such as your health insurance provider, your tax bracket,
your tax ID and your social security number – and, most importantly, your bank details.
As contractually agreed, you will always be paid by the 15th of the following month. If the 15th falls on a Sunday or bank holiday, you’ll receive your pay the last working day. We are only able to record your hours and calculate your pay after the first day of the month. Please make sure that your information and hours entered are complete by this point in time to avoid any delays in payment.
You can view your payslips in the jobvalleyApp. We will make sure they are available for the previous month by the 18th of each month.

You can easily enter your hours worked in the jobvalleyApp. They will be displayed as open working hours, you only have to confirm them or enter different times if you have worked longer.

It's best to do this directly on the day you worked - that way nothing will be forgotten. Otherwise there are two relevant deadlines for entering the times:

• Monday; 09:00 of the following week - by this time, the complete working hours of the previous week must be entered. 

• The last calendar day of the month - Even if this day is within a current calendar week, you must enter the hours worked in the corresponding week. 

The advantage of entering the hours directly after the shift or on the same day is that you will not miss any of the deadlines mentioned above and there will be no uncertainty about your salary.
