In order to operate as efficiently as possible, companies today are constantly striving to optimise their development and production processes. The demand for external consultancies is therefore growing. They provide professional project management, process management and organisational development support in the analysis, optimisation and support of aforementioned development and production processes.
The client
The [bu:st] group GmbH is a medium-sized management consultancy with approx. 180 employees and its headquarters in Munich.
The core competences lie in both classic and agile project and process management as well as in organisational development in development processes on the one hand and in production processes on the other.
Customers come from the automotive, marine and aerospace industries.
Especially in 2022, the so-called "war for talents" was clearly noticeable for [bu:st]. Due to a very good order situation, a total of ten new project managers were wanted to start immediately in the summer of 2022.

Why jobvalley?
In order to be able to cover the high demand for employees, the decision was made to work together with personnel service providers. After intensive research and an initial meeting, [bu:st] decided to work with jobvalley. The reason for this was the very cooperative approach of jobvalley as well as their core competence in the placement of graduates who matched the desired target group. Already on the next working day after signing the offer, a kick-off meeting took place, in which the required profiles were discussed. Outcome and future perspectives
Open and continuous feedback on reasons for rejection helped to sharpen the profile of jobvalley. In the course of six months, [bu:st]'s original goal of hiring ten project managers with the help of jobvalley was even exceeded – without a single case of backfilling. In 2023, the need for staff is significantly lower than in the previous year. Despite its own strong pipeline, [bu:st] has consciously decided to continue the cooperation with jobvalley due to the always open and transparent communication.
